andreas lautemann

Andreas Lautemann joined SICK in 2008 as a Production Engineer and now serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Product & Competence Center - Americas Management team, reporting to Dr. Niels Syassen, member of SICK AG Executive Board. He oversees R&D and Functional Safety, including all engineering functions; safety standards and competence; and Product Lifecycle Management Services, in addition to handling product management responsibilities. 

Prior to his current role at SICK, Andreas was a Team Manager of Process Design and a Team Manager of Continuous and Customized Engineering, and most recently served as the head of the BU R&D Motor Feedback Systems in the Business Cluster Sensing Efficiency for the last seven years. 

Andreas attended the University in Hochschule Konstanz, Germany and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Andreas has brought his technology and leadership skills, distinctive customer-centric mindset, and the Business Cluster perspective to his role in the for Product & Competence Center - Americas.

christian weisenahl

Christian Weisenahl joined the US subsidiary of SICK in January of 2023.  He serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the US and Canadian Subsidiaries of SICK, he is a member of the management board, and is responsible for Finance & Controlling, IT and Facilities for these units.

Christian graduated from the University of Cologne, Germany in Business Administration.  Weisenahl has territory management experience throughout Europe having headed the European sales office in Munich, Germany at Two Technologies, Inc. before heading Finance, Controlling & Internal Services of SICK’s German Sales & Service Unit from 2007 to 2017. 

In 2018, Christian Weisenahl was appointed to the management board responsible for Finance & Controlling, HR and Service, as well as Purchasing, Order Processing, IT & e-Business, Management Systems and Facility Management.

dave szczepanski

Dave Szczepanski joined SICK in November 2012.   He serves as President, Execution and is a member of the North American Management Board responsible for Service and Project Execution and Customer Care.  Dave is the Chairperson for the Product & Competence Center - Americas reporting to Dr. Niels Syassen, member of SICK AG Executive Board.  Prior to this role, he was the Head of Logistics Automation where he built up the sales and marketing efforts in that space.  He also called the SICK offices in Germany home for a time, gaining valuable intercultural experience. 

Dave graduated from GMI Engineering and Management (Kettering University) with a degree in electrical engineering.  Szczepanski brings 20+ years of experience in systems execution, project management, and sales. 

elise furlan

Elise Furlan has served as the Chief Legal and People Officer for North America and Product & Competence Center - Americas since 2021. Elise is also the President of Product & Competence Center - Americas. She is a member of the management board for North America and Product & Competence Center - Americas and leads the Human Resources, Compliance, People Development, and Legal operations across North America and for some functions, all of the Americas.

Elise joined SICK in 2014 as an attorney, becoming the first attorney outside Germany for the SICK group. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Compliance Officer, Americas and Asia, and General Counsel for North America, establishing international relationships and developing a world-class Legal Department. 

Elise holds an Economics and Political Science degree with a concentration in International Relations from Carleton College, a J.D. from the University of Minnesota, and studied finance and accounting at Harvard. Her strong global perspective was shaped by studies abroad at the University of Cambridge and the American University of Beirut.

Randy Ross joined SICK in 2008 as Supply Chain Manager and now serves as Vice President Regional Fulfillment Center Americas - Americas Management team and is a member of the Management Board, Product & Competence Centre – Americas reporting to Ulrike Kahle-Roth, member of SICK AG Executive Board. Randy oversees Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Quality. Prior to his current role, Randy served as Supply Chain Director, SICK Product & Competence Center – Americas with direct leadership of Inventory Management, Distribution, and Transportation.

Randy attended Winona State University and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He brings his knowledge of supply chain solutions, inventory management, and achievements of bottom-line results to his role for the Product & Competence Center - Americas.

ron jubis

Ron Jubis joined SICK in 2015, He serves as President, Sales and is the Chairman for Sales and Service North America reporting to Dr. Niels Syassen, member of SICK AG Executive Board. Ron is responsible for Sales, Market Product Management, Marketing, and Consulting & Digital Solutions operations across North America. Prior to this role, Ron launched the Consulting & Digital Solutions team in North America, the first of its kind within the global SICK Group and has expanded across borders helping customers through their digital transformation journey. Ron has also led the largest global key account team within the SICK Group The result, the largest direct and indirect account business in the world for SICK.

Ron studied abroad at the Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen, Germany.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a concentration in Automotive Design & Analysis from Kettering University.
