Fiber break monitoring for warp production

Single threads from different yarn rolls are continuously wound on a coil to create a warp. The IO-Link-capable WT4SL-3 miniature photoelectric sensor is perfectly suited for qualitative monitoring of threads thanks to its high-precision switching behavior due to the precise laser light spot and a high optical ambient light immunity. The sensor detects defective single threads, preventing scrap.
