Localization and navigation of mobile sorting robots in logistics centers
Dozens of mobile robots sort parcels and flats in logistics centers. The higher-level sorting system sends the sorting robot the information about where it should transport its load. The GLS100 grid localization sensor provides the mobile robot with its exact position. The robot finds the correct unloading location by reading the 2D matrix codes on the floor of the logistics hall.
