Efficient robot speed and safe robot positioning
Using only two wires in the motor cable, the HIPERFACE DSL® interface of the EES/EEM37 rotative motor feedback system enables precise positioning of the robot and reliable measurement of its speed. The HIPERFACE DSL® one cable technology from SICK also reduces cable drag and transmits data, such as temperature and speed, for status diagnosis of the motor to its servo amplifier.
